Terms of Sale – Jellycat Products
We are only allowed to ship Jellycat products within the United Kingdom. In accordance with Jellycat’s terms of trade, we are forbidden from selling Jellycat products to “a person or company who intends to sell them on third-party platforms or marketplaces”. By placing an order for Jellycat products on this website, you are confirming that it is not your intention to offer the products for re-sale.
For Europe, America, Canada and Rest of World, shipping costs range between £5 and £20 up to 2 kgs (based on the value/weight of the item(s), the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout). Our system gives an estimate for the carriage based on normal transactions, we reserve the right to reconfirm the actual carriage charge as applicable and will notify you of any change before completing your order.
Claims for Non Delivery
Claims for non delivery must be made in writing or by email to email@example.com within 14 days of placing your order or within 7 days of dispatch, whichever is the sooner.
If you specifically request an area for your order to be left at, if not in or for any other reason, or the address is communal, i.e. place of residence, or work/education place, or any other place other than your personal residence we will not be liable for non-receipt. We will obtain proof of postage and proof of delivery (if a signed for service has been paid for), but will be unable to assist in any claim.
Product Images & Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all the product images and descriptions on our website are representative and accurate. We cannot be responsible for any slight deviation of colour etc that are due to the browser or platform used to view our products. Your rights to return any product purchased on our website at your expense are covered in the Returns & Refunds heading below.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return an order, in full or in part, at your expense, for a refund. Please notify us of your intention to return, all or part of your order, quoting your order ID, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please enclose a copy of your notification with the returned items.
Personalised items are non refundable.
Earrings and pierced body jewellery items are non refundable.
Bedding & Towels are non refundable.
Gift packaging is not refundable.
For hygiene reasons our returns policy and your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations does not apply to the following categories: Earrings/pierced body jewellery, Duvet Covers & Bed sets, Bed Lined, Pillowcases, or Curtains where the heading tape has been pulled. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Packaging & Labels – all the items we sell are potentially gifts;
In the event that you have removed any items from their packaging and they are not repacked in their received state, this will devalue the item, so a repacking charge of up to 50% of the item value will be deducted from any refund.
If any of the original packaging, including all labelling is not returned (or received damaged), this will devalue the resale value of the item and the item may be refused for refund or an adjustment may be made and deducted from the refund.
If you wish to exchange or return, any or all of the items, on your order, you will need to return the unwanted items to us, as above, for a refund and place a new order online, for the items that you would like instead. The original postage cost paid by you, or incurred by us where the order qualified for Free Delivery will be deducted from the refund.
If you received a free item, as part of a promotion, and you return the entire order, or the value of the returned items, means you would not have received, the free item, please return it with the items, that you do not wish to keep.
If your order qualified for inclusive of Economy Post and you subsequently decide to return your order in full or in part, where the net transaction falls below the inclusive free postage threshold we reserve the right to charge the original postage at the rate when the original order was placed.
If we try to deliver an item to your address, as given on the order and it is either the wrong or incomplete address, not accepted or not collected from the post office or courier depot and the item is returned, we will refund the item less our postage costs.
Where additional postage was paid we will only refund the basic postage cost.
Any replacement items for free of postage will be conditional on achieving the free postage threshold.
At our discretion we may accept returns beyond the 14 day period, however this must be pre-agreed before the item is returned. A restocking fee of 15% of the order/item value will be deducted. The net amount can be used against the purchase of a replacement item(s) to the same value or more.
For International orders the refund excludes actual postal cost and an additional 15% re-stocking fee will also apply.
All items must be returned in a saleable condition. Gift packaging is not refundable.
We will arrange for the original Debit/Credit card to be refunded, within 14 days of receipt, of the returned goods.

If you return any goods to us, please obtain a certificate of posting from your carrier. We cannot be held liable for any returns not received.
Faulty Items/Incorrect goods received
Where possible, we will check items for faults before dispatch. If you think any of the goods are faulty/incorrect please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, quoting your order ID, by emailing email@example.com and then return the item(s) to us, at the above address. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including return postage at the basic rate) to the original Debit/Credit card, on receipt of the faulty/incorrect item(s).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
The discount code is only valid for orders placed online.
The discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.
A voucher code may not be valid and an error message will appear at the checkout. Also:
– Any discounted products on the site
– Any items already on sale
Will not be valid for any code
From time to time we will offer new customer promotional codes – these promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new customer order placed via the website.
We reserve the right to decline orders where, in our opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
Promotion codes are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the standard rate of 20%, our VAT Registration Number is GB378643844. A VAT receipt will be produced on request.
Where parcels are sent outside the UK, the price remains the same with the VAT portion contributing towards postage and packing. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
