Historic Royal Palaces Kensington Antique Rose Pink Cushion 30 x 50cm

Historic Royal Palaces Kensington Antique Rose Pink Cushion (30 x 50cm)

Timeless Sophistication Inspired by Royal Interiors

Invite the soft, romantic elegance of the Stuart court into your home with the Historic Royal Palaces Kensington Antique Rose Pink Cushion. This 30 x 50cm bolster cushion is a graceful tribute to the textile archives of Kensington Palace, blending historical narrative with a contemporary, delicate colour palette.

Inspiration from the Mary of Modena State Bed

This cushion finds its design origins in the opulent “Mary of Modena” bed of 1688. The intricate motifs are inspired by the elaborate applied embroidery and the royal crowns and cyphers that adorned the headboard and bedcovers of this legendary State Bed.

While the original 17th-century furnishings utilised rich polychrome velvets from Italy, this piece reimagines those historic patterns in a serene Antique Rose Pink. The result is a design that captures the stately grandeur of King James II’s court while offering a softer, more versatile aesthetic for modern living spaces.

Premium Craftsmanship & Tactile Luxury

• 100% Quality Cotton: The design is beautifully printed on a premium cotton base, offering a natural feel and long-lasting durability.

• Charming Antique Rose Hue: A sophisticated, muted pink tone that adds a layer of vintage warmth and feminine elegance to any room.

• Refined Decorative Detail: Typically finished with the same attention to detail as the palace originals, providing a structured yet comfortable accent for your furniture.

• Versatile Rectangular Shape: The 30 x 50cm dimensions make it an ideal choice for lumbar support on a favourite armchair or as a layered element in a bed scape.
