Jellycat Amuseables Horatio Pistachio – The Shy Yet Talented Artisan Chocolatier with a Fine Lineage

Meet Jellycat Amuseables Horatio Pistachio, a charming character with a fine family heritage. He’ll politely share that while pistachios are technically seeds (not nuts!), his lineage proudly traces back to an orchard in southern Italy—a family legacy steeped in flavor and tradition.

Despite his grand name, Horatio has always been a bit on the shy side—until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. Now, whether he’s hand-rolling truffles or creating viral Dubai-style chocolate slabs, Horatio is in his element. Sticky, smiling, and confident, he’s found his true passion in the kitchen.

And lucky for you, Horatio’s brought you a batch of his latest chocolate creations to try. Be kind—he’s still perfecting the art of tempering chocolate!
